The Harold Kerr Post #173 is proud to announce the release of their new book titled Logan County, Ohio Veterans – Harold Kerr Post #173 in commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Post in 2019 and the Bicentennial of Logan County in 2018.
This new publication not only documents the history of the Harold Kerr Post for their centennial, but the book committee also took special efforts, and numerous hours, to pull together over 1,400 Logan County Veteran biographies to be featured in the publication. Hundreds of these biographies feature a veteran photograph as well. All veteran biographies are indexed in the back of the book.
The new book also features a section to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the end of World War II by containing a complete listing of all 2,670 World War II veterans who served in the Armed Forces from Logan County. The book’s front and back end sheets feature the memorial on the courthouse lawn. This commemorative book is hardcover, 8-1/2 x 11 inches, dust jacket, and contains 144 high gloss pages.
