Available on a pre-sale basis, which means we plan to print only a limited number of books. The book is a 9” x 12” coffee-table edition, with a deluxe hardbound cover and minimum of 120 pages. High-gloss, double-coated paper is used for superior photo reproduction of both black and white and color photographs. The pre-publication price will be $54.00* for the deluxe standard edition, $84.00* for the bonded-leather edition and $99.00* for the executive bonded-leather edition that features a silk ribbon bookmark and gold gilding on the page edges. A downloadable, digital edition is offered at $9.95* in conjunction with a hardcopy purchase. You can choose to have your copy personalized with name stamping on the cover for a nominal $7.00 charge.
