Compiled by Willard Library, this 144-page, hardbound pictorial history book documents the City of Evansville, Indiana during the Great Flood of 1937. Produced in commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of the Great Flood, the book features photos of Main Street, the McCurdy Hotel, Bosse and Central High Schools, Fulton Avenue, Stringtown Road, and more. Photos of the clean up are included.

The following individuals contributed to the book: Mr. and Mrs. John F. W. Koch, Robert M. Leich, Jr., Harold B. Morgan, Dr. Robert L. Reid and Kenneth D. Wilson. Over the years, the following individuals/families have donated flood photographs that appear in this book: Bastin, Covington, Doenges, Dufresne, Gehres, Hahn, Hoge, Hornbrook, Hubbard, Ingle, Korbel, Leich, Lefler, Meyer, Newman, and Taflinger.
